Jess Taylor

MSc (OD & Psych), Adv Cert. (Couns) Cert. Systemic Coaching & Constellations – Director Jess brings to the Equality Academy distinctive expertise in Organizational Development; a keen interest in the psychology, leadership and practice of systemic change; and 15 years’ experience of developing, delivering and managing a range of consultancy interventions at an operational and strategic level. These interventions include: multi-agency domestic violence and counselling services, volunteering systems, staff supervision and coaching, leadership programs, and cross sector partnership projects. Jess has a particular interest in health, housing, higher education, the criminal justice system and multi-agency community based services. She has helped a wide variety of organizations implement transformational change programs, developing strong governance and change frameworks in support of these processes. With a passion for partnership, diversity and social justice, Jess utilizes a range of systemic tools to ensure quality, value and sustainability of service provision in contexts involving highly complex processes and conversations.
