MSc (OD ), Cert. Systemic Coaching & Constellations, EAGT-GPO Accredited Angelika is the founder and director of GO Center for people and organizational development. Passionate about innovating creative and fulfilling workplace, Angelika believes in a holistic approach to organizations. Angelika is a trained Gestalt practitioner and her work sits primarily in the Gestalt and Systemic Mapping methodology. Through experimenting, self recognizing, interrelating, embodying and responding to complex situations, Angelika uses Parlett’s (2015) five explorations of whole intelligence in her one to one coaching, but also team and large group work. Angelika is passionate about the place of OD in the wider field and how OD skills can be applied in building better societies.
