Biljana Drvoshanova is Gestalt Coach and certified Project Management Professional by PMI. Coming from the IT sector, Biljana has a great experience working with teams and individuals, managing diverse groups of people and holding a leadership position. As a Gestalt coach, she believes that there is a reason for everything that happens and as a PMP professional she creates innovative environment making things to happen. Her interest in teams and organizational development comes from the experience that she holds working for more than 15 years in this area. During past years she realized how important is to know how to listen to the people and how to be their support. She strongly believes in the resilient systems and she works daily with the teams and individuals to develop these systems.
