Individual psychotherapy is a process through which clients work one on one with a trained and certified therapist. The surrounding in which they work is safe, caring and confidential. Psychotherapy is a talking therapy and it is used to treat emotional problems and mental health issues. Individual psychotherapy is offered to all those who are interested either in personal growth or development, or are struggling with some form of psychosomatic symptoms involving anxiety, depression and catastrophic thinking. Individual therapy can be offered to those who are in position of coping with major life changes or traumas, grieving process and loss. Through the process the client explores his/hers feelings, beliefs, or behaviors in order to increase resilience and to develop adequate support systems. They also work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects that they would like to change, setting personal goals, and work toward desired change.

The number of session depends from the individual needs of every client and varies between six and ten sessions approximately. The session lasts from 45-60 minutes and are being held once per week, either face-to-face or online depending from the preferences of the client.
